In Unternehmen bleibt zu viel Wissen ungenutzt. Ein neuer Forschungszweig will Abhilfe schaffen.
"Hier liegt ein zentrales Problem des Wissenstransfers: Know-how ist oft Gefühlssache, schwer in Worte zu fassen und erst recht nicht digitalisierbar. "Das hält!" Würde man ihn bitten, sein "Gefühl" nachvollziehbar herzuleiten, täte er sich wahrscheinlich schwer, würde etwa brummen "das hab ich im Bauch". Solch eigenwillig lokalisiertes, intuitives Wissen ist beim Mitarbeiter eines fluktuationsarmen Familienbetriebs prima aufgehoben. In mittelständischen und großen Betrieben, die Mitarbeiterwissen in mehreren Filialen oder global nutzen wollen, gilt privates Expertenwissen, das sich der allgemeinen Verwertbarkeit entzieht, immer mehr als Problem." — ... das allerdings auch KM kaum wird lösen können ...
