Tech support woes

Just in case you missed Jack Chawla's comment to my rant about Groove not grooving, go read his weblog: Ever wondered why service at large companies sucks more often then not. The reason is quite simple. The people who have knowledge and answer to your questions and the people who service you are two different groups and separated with barbwires!
