Pragmatismus statt Kreativität - der neue Name der Beratersparte gibt die Richtung vor. Die Mitarbeiter werden bei aller Mühe, die mit der Integration und der Platzierung der neuen Marke einhergehe, dazu aufgefordert, das operative Geschäft dabei nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren. "Unsere höchste Aufmerksamkeit müssen wir darauf richten, den IBM-Aktionären ein starkes viertes Quartal zu präsentieren", lautet die unmissverständliche Ansage.
