Nett anzusehen, aber eigentlich eine Frechheit. Wenn das mit den Foto-Handys so weitergeht, dann muß bald jeder Angst haben, dass irgendwelchen peinlichen oder auch einfach nur persönlichen Bilder im Internet landen. Das Recht am Bild der eigenen Person ist geschützt. Das sollte JEDER respektieren!
Korrekt. Stellt sich nur die Frage, ob jede Nation das Recht am eigenen Bild schützt oder ob das dann als Behinderung der "freien Rede" gilt.
