Social networks vs. real life

Social networks rock. I am now a member at LinkedIn, openBC, Friendster, Friendity, Orkut and Ryze. And guess what? This afternoon I spent three hours evaluating my conjoint network of friends and acquaintances. The surprising result: I actually already know everyone. I happen to be friends with every CEO on this planet. I also already know all single women in Texas. I don't need to go out any longer.
