apparently, few of your English-speaking readers figured this one out...because to me, it was ROTFL funny. You would certainly -not- ever see a US municipality encouraging people to properly dispose of trash by comparing it to oral sex.
Everything not written in German is not intended for a US readership. But you have to check out the other ads as well. They are all excellent.
