Somehow these guys are trapped

If they spell correctly their messages are trapped in spam filters. If they misspell their messages, who is going to trust their health to them anyway? But I must be missing the point.

Same way people will vote for some politicians who make all kinds of mitakes - others just figure these meds are made by "regular folk like us".
