Here we go again. Cheap labor. Manually spamming from a known IP address through Deutsche Telekom. Let's take a closer look:

Got the same spam. Should go to Cologne and trace the guy down.
"Cheap labor" - reminds me of Topware that had all German phonebooks transcribed in China back in 1995(?).
Wonder how long it takes till voice-over-IP-spam will become an issue.
