Visitor map is here to stay

by Volker Weber

I have now included the visitor map into the sidebar. While the image is static, the actual page is live. You will be able to look at the most recent visitors' locations in real time.

It gives me great comfort to see that I could travel the world and molest people who are readers of my site. ;-)

You have readers in Greenland and on Madagascar???

Mauritius, not Madagascar.

Volker,

I love it! I can see my work and home locations as well as Duffberts! Well done.

Hmmm, I can't find my location(s)... but feel free to come by when traveling. :-)

I am not listed on the map, but you are free to stop by if you find yourself on the west side of Cleveland, OH, USA. I am curious, what/where is that lone dot, south of Hawaii, in the great expanse of Pacific Ocean? A ship?

As most of my articles roll off the front page rather quickly, I am making an archive of previous posts available here. You can also use the handy search box at the top of the page if you are looking for something particular.

Systems Architecture

This site runs on an Apache web server on top of the Linux operating system. The content is managed with MovableType which is implemented in Perl. Last but not least the HTML code your browser sees is put together with PHP.
