Avoid these subjects when sending mail

SpamAssassin is currently letting through a wave of unsolicited messages. So I started setting up some server side rules. Avoid these subjects lest you want your mail to end up in the trash bin:
investor medication penny pharmaceutical pharmacy smallcap stock timekeeper timepiece wristpiece

Hey, what happened to Spartacus?
Spartacus only works with Outlook and Exchange, or Notes and Domino. I have neither.
I run Sparticus, and after many month training, it is only eliminating about 70% of my most flagrant spam.
How about medication? No spam indicator? Or are most of those messages already caught by one of the above?
Yes, the medication stuff is recognized. The Bayesian filter has not picked up the simple rule yet: Everything that contains a link to geocities is spam.
