Hallo Volker,
was für einen Ruf hat Gedys denn in der Branche? Unser Laden implementiert gerade das CRM Gedys IntraWare7 und die Software scheint mir weniger "bahnbrechend" (Gedys) als schlicht noch im Betastadium.
Wenn ich eine Empfehlung aussprechen darf: Nennen Sie die Software nicht "bahnbrechend". Beim Empfänger der Mail #1 hat sie große Heiterkeit ausgelöst. Bei der Mail #2 steht die Bewertung drin.

Man muss nur "bahn" umdeuten in "in heftiges Lachen aus" dann passt es wieder. Hab in Orlando nach der Workplace Version gefahndet: ist bislang nur ne Machbarkeitsstudie damit IBM zufrieden ist.

Dem Verfasser von Mail #2 kann geholfen werden. Wenn er auf der Suche nach einer ausgereiften Lösung ist, die zudem gerade den Lotus Award 2006 gewonnen hat, dann soll er einfach mal auf unsere Webseite www.dochouse.com schauen. Manche beschäftigen sich eben mit Quantenphysik, wir beschäftigen uns mit CRM Software.
Ich denke, wenn man CRM machen will, dann sollte man vor allem Lösungen außerhalb von Notes ins Auge fassen. Aber das ist ein anderes Thema.
