The Web 2.0 Innovation Map

Watch the worldwide progress of the Web 2.0 epidemy live. Ryan Williams, a web developer and internet entrepreneur in Portland, Oregon, has geocoded a great new Google Maps mashup called The Web 2.0 Innovation Map:
The Web 2.0 Innovation Map grew out of an interest in how Web 2.0 development is distributed geographically. Using the lists of Web 2.0 applications from various sources (see listings) and a bit of elbow grease to locate addresses, the Innovation Map was born.
There is quite a backlog of applications still to be mapped. But you can see also the first red pins on the map in Europe.
