BTW: Nebenbei ein schlimmer Fall vom "Deppen-Leerzeichen". Es sollte "Käse-Würstchen" oder "Käsewürstchen" heißen...
Irgendwie ist das wohl das nächste große Ding nach dem "Deppen-Apostroph", der Plural und Genitiv hierzulande gern verziert.
Nachdem der gute alte Bindestrich von den Marketingfuzzis eine Weile zugunsten der "BinnenMajuskel" aufs Altenteil geschoben wurde, geht es selbiger jetzt mit dem Blank zuleibe... Schlimm!

Eric, this sign is weird in so many ways that you cannot carry the joke by translating. It is a weird sausage, weird typographical errors, weird ambiguity in the words, ... And this butcher has more of them, so I may be developing them into a series.
Und was gibt's zum Fruehstueck?
That photo brings back some nice memories...other than the fabulous beer, my favorite thing in Germany was the sausage (actually the food in general).
I always wondered why my referring to them as sausages seemed to create a fair amount of confusion (consternation even?) with the locals?
