That stuff really is great! Received the "Overconvidence" poster as a birthday gift. Everybody that comes in my office asks me now if skiing is my hobby..
My favourite?
No contest.
So f***ing true. =(

Aha...
Planning!
Ben, stay away from these posters! :-)
http://despair.com/motivation.html, clear winner
These have been a source of enlightment for so long, I can't really tell anymore which one would be my favorite. But they're always a treat, over and over again.
I actually purchased the calendar this year - this is one of my favorites...
Mistakes was a favorite a couple years ago when I thought that the line "It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others" could be applied to the project I was working on at the time.
Where is "Sex"? OK, then I take this, this, this and this.
One of my favorite things from despair was not the actual poster but the 12 page catalog they came out with a few years back. I managed to find my favorite image from it on a design firm's site: http://www.t-3.com/images/t3/portfolio/pop/pop_despair_3.jpg
