Christian Klaß hat einen sehr schönen Testbericht über Apple TV geschrieben. Überschrift und Anrisstext zeigen, wohin die Reise geht:

In Deutschland feht es dem Player schlicht an Inhalten. Fernsehen kann man nicht mitschneiden, und der iTunes Store bietet hierzulande nichts an. Sehr enttäuschend ist auch, dass man nur solche Bilder anschauen kann, die bereits mit dem Gerät synchronisiert sind. 25 W "Standby"-Verbrauch sind der endgültige Killer. 220 KWh im Jahr, das ist mehr als ein Kühlschrank. Schade, Apple.
