I admire people who can wrap up complex issues in a few single words.
"Vista is Microsoft's new OS marked to supersede XP" would probably have done the trick as well. Comparing the operating system of my work rig to my wife stretches even my imagination.
Then again, she certainly isn't the wife I never wanted ! :)
So, what does that make the alternatives?
Linux - the no-commitment-casual-sex partner?
Mac OS X - the ultimate Trophy Wife?
John, not quite.
Linux can be any wife you want it to be depending on what parts you attach. Mac OS X indeed is the Trophy Wife, but only as long as you use her for the purposes she was invented for.
Philipp, with that statement on Linux you have got me thinking about plastic surgery.
Linus is the only divorce option;-)
OS X sucks as well?!?
