Start your photocopiers
by Volker Weber

I was so reminded of this picture, when I saw that slide:

Only, this time it isn't Redmond.

Perhaps both of them should start their photocopiers.
Looking at these screenshots, I know why I like the single purpose apps on OSX.
Yikes—Kai, agreed. Do one thing and do it well. The UNIX mantra!
Anyway, in fairness to both apps, those screens just show how they can be configured… doesn’t mean you actually have to set them up that way.
Managers looking for the fabled “dashboard” application will love that slide though.
Urgh ;o)
How do you get an American to eat something? Put cheese on top. How do you get a CIO to buy something? Tell them that it includes a dashboard... and aligns IT with the business.
That out of the way, I think that the ND8 UI is a giant step forward.
@Ed,
How true..... And yes 8.0 is a much welcomed should I say...."second life" for Lotus Notes.
@Ed: That made it into my list of favorites lol
I don't see tabs in Outlook and the outer right panel is completely different.
