It it possible to filter GMail with charset?

As many of you, I am receiving tons of spam with charset koi8-r. Since I cannot understand messages in languages with this charset, I would be happy to just dump them. Works fine on my own mail server, but I have not found an option to filter by charset on GMail? Any ideas?

I think creating a filter with Has words field containing a criteria with logical operators might help. For example, creating a criteria like this one: "в"OR"ш"OR"б" will filter all messages containing any of these 3 letters from russian alphabet. Only problem, you would need to ask someone who speaks or understand russian to create such rule.
Have you tried just hitting the "report spam" button? Gmail's spam filter is adaptive. It learns what you tell it is spam (and what is not). I have mine pretty well trained now.
