Oh, what's the point? I'm cross now. I don't like being cross, but that man has way too much time on his hands.

As someone who also likes appropriate curly quotes, proper en-dashes, ellipses and hyphens, sadly I know where he’s coming from.

That makes me just as bad eh?

I blame my dad, for whom perfect typography is fact of life (he is a retired art director).
