as for features, I've watched a lot of non technical young people with their cell phones - they rarely place or receive calls. they use it more like multimedia twittering with friends to hook up / meet up.
Well, I rarely place or receive calls on my BlackBerry though it is my only mobile device.
Primary uses are email (obviously), Planet Lotus, iPod substitute, sat nav, RSS reader, IM client, camera (not brilliant, it must be said) and sudoku (to which I am utterly addicted).
