If you don’t own a domain or server space, you can still create a personal proxy server for free and that too without requiring any technical knowledge.

I set this up last week, it does take 5 minutes as promised, and the directions provided are excellent.
However, what I found is certain proxies/filtering SW among other things rely on keywords in the URL, so you can still be subject to filtering using this method.
Nothing beats the SSH Tunnel/Proxy combo for getting around filters.
Could I use this to watch TV series on Hulu thats only open in the US ?
