Apple publishes App Store Review Guidelines

Apple publishes the App Store Review Guidelines and relaxes restrictions:
... we are relaxing all restrictions on the development tools used to create iOS apps, as long as the resulting apps do not download any code. This should give developers the flexibility they want, while preserving the security we need.

I guess they figured they were about to end up in court and the results wouldn't have been in their favour.
That was a big subject today in the MonoTouch twitterverse. You can say, De Icaza and friends are quite happy.
Apple soften their rules and Adobe shares jump up 12% on the stock market.
Makes you wonder..
