It sure is interesting however I understand the Pattern is especially the Meego-Software and the hardware designed to utilize it. Now as Nokia made Meego on the N9 a one time thing the question really is if this pattern development was wasted or if we will see it in the WP7 Version as well.
I think we will see it on Symbian.
On a half-off-topic note this also shows that you in fact do not have to design Phones and Tablets the way Apple does. I like Nokia having their own approaches to design.
(And my above comment was two minuted too early - WP7 won't take those patterns, the claim that we will see it in various other products sound like bringing it back to Symbian.)
Schade, dass das N9 keine Zukunft hat - weder jetzt in Deutschland, noch künftig für Nokia. S40 jetzt als Zukunft zu pushen, finde ich absurd. Irgendwann werden die Grenzen des proprietären im Sinne von geschlossenen Dumpphone-Betriebssystems zu eng werden. Warum nicht Swipe auf Symbian als Modell für Smartphones unter 200 oder gar 150 Euro?
Genau. Warum nicht?
