Exceptional

Every time I have to deal with these IBM exceptional experiences, I cannot help shaking my head.

Kinda reminds one of the ObamaCare web site :)

it's (it is) supposed to be it's not its. No editors at IBM?

Amy Blumenfield, 2014-01-08 21:29

Well, I don't understand why you are complaining ... it is an exceptional web experience.
Well, perhaps not the way you might have expected it ;-)

Meh! people now expect immediate response. If they're using Domino under the hood for registration, there is a way to immediately authenticate new users without "hurting" the server whatsoever,(ie no use of "sh nlcache reset") we do it for our mobile demo systems. If they're using Domino, it's a simple caching delay problem.... Happy to share if anyone is interested.

+1 Amy on the grammar...

As most of my articles roll off the front page rather quickly, I am making an archive of previous posts available here. You can also use the handy search box at the top of the page if you are looking for something particular.
