vowe.net has two RSS feeds: one for articles and one for your comments. I suggest you subscribe at minimum to the articles feed. Regular and active visitors should also subscribe to the comments feed to stay on top of what's going on.

Technically you can refresh these feeds every four seconds. But we ask for a minimum refresh rate of 30 minutes. Once every two hours would be the recommended setting.
