Zen are a small but really good and trustworty host. I know this from personal experience. Unlike most hosts you can get through to a real person who actually knows stuff and has proper tech experience, unlike many.
Give them a call. I'm sure they'd be happy to know one of their clients is hogging their bandwidth as well as yours.
