I am giving away my conference bags every year. Do you still have yours? I am trying to compile a list of sponsor logos for the last 10 years:

This list is to be completed. Btw, I believe the 2006 backpack was the best ever. And the Lotus Devcon 99 messenger bag.
*) There was a Lotus patch over the IT Factory space. After this incident, IBM did not want to show the IT Factory logo.

Are you making a list of the sponsors that no longer exist? It's funny because just last week someone commented on my old Lotusphere backpack and they noticed that most of the sponsors are no longer in business. This is not to imply that being a Lotus sponsor is bad for your health.

I still have a bag from LotusSphere 2001.
It was a large, strong bag that's still in good shape despite a lot of use.
Sponsors: Compaq, Intel, IT Factory, Sun.
Agreed about 2006 - it was the best. I actually lugged it around daily for three or four years afterwards, including taking it to a couple of SharePoint conferences.

My theory, well proven after attending every LS except the first one, is that the big sponsor who spent the most money will not be there the next year (or at least in 3 years).

2002, was not a backpack, but it was Compaq and Sun. I think it has straps for either a backpack or over the shoulder operation...
