Just looked at the web sites of the major providers for mobile services here in Germany. The only one I liked was the e-plus site. Maybe it's about time doing business with them.

I hate it when they ask me "Privatkunde oder Businesskunde?" I don't care wether I'm private or business, just give me the best price!
(Still I prefer eplus' site over the others. Another terrible one is Hutchison's.)
The worst must be Cellway. I called just today to ask for a new cheap handy. "Sorry, can't give you that information on the telephone or via email. Can we send you a fax ?". They should change their Mit uns können Sie reden Motto to mit uns können Sie nur faxen!
And when I asked when I could be expecting the fax, the answer was: "earliest tomorrow". Right.
