Dein "neues" Auto? ;-) Vielleicht auch noch einen Klassiker-Link wert: Das Gefährt von Peter Falk in "Inspektor Colombo" - einfach herrlich...
Grüße!
I read your site for quite some time now and it is nice to see that we share the same taste too. Every time we see a DS on the other side of the highway, we turn heads and say "WOW!". BTW, we call it a "mossel" in Dutch, which means mussel (http://www.deltamossel.com).
Stimmt. Das habe ich verwechselt. Mein Nachbar hat einen 2-Sitzer 304. Zwischen 1970 und '75 wurden davon 18647 Stk gebaut. Ein paar Bilder sind hier.
If you dig a bit deeper in the link Volker provided, you come across those:

Wow, I have rarely seen such a collection of prototype photos and variations of the same model (DS, SM ...) on a website. It's a real treasure missing a good navigation and site map.
I remember a British Copamy remanufacturing old DSs with modern technology in the 90s (same as for 60s Jags) and I always wondered why they didn't put in a decent V6 engine.
Looking at innovations by Citroen (as the site claims) you wonder what went wrong: they had a car which was light years ahead (admittingly with awful engines and a sloppy finish), active anti roll suspension and ABS anti-lock brakes nearly ready in the early / mid 60s...
What few people know is that Mercedes-Benz always looked closely (and tested extensively) what Citroen did, they especially liked the suspension, which they used for the top models from the late 60s until today. Now what if MB had bought Citroen in 74, rather than Peugeot?
