On heavy rotation
by Volker Weber
Today was the first day I was missing a feature on our DVB recorder (Digital Video Broadcast). I was watching a recording of Friday's Harald Schmidt Show. Two days ago Dido sang Life for rent, live and unplugged.
But if my life is for rent and I don’t learn to buy
Well I deserve nothing more than I get
Cos nothing I have is truly mine
While my heart is a shield and I won’t let it down
While I am so afraid to fail so I won’t even try
Well how can I say I’m alive
Her performance was not perfect but still very beautiful. I am going to watch this a few more time before erasing it. But I would seriously like to catch the soundtrack. I simply don't have the equipment to go from DVB to the Mac or PC.
On related news Simon reports that Norah Jones is coming out with a new album. He also points to out that Norah recorded with Wax Poetic before she hit it big time. Their song Angels is available for download. Whereas I found the original quite strange, I like the remix.

Seems like somebody else has got the equipment. At least you can find it searching eDonkey for "dido schmidt"
for a moment I thought you knew her.. :-)
