Mh, also wenn ichmir hier die Leute anschaue die um mich rum arbeiten, dann würde ich sagen, das man mit Point 10 am meisten Probleme hat.

Das mittlere Management hat oft Probleme mit 3 und 7, weil sie Führungskraft zeigen wollen. An der Spitze beherrschen die Leute meistens alle 10 Punkte, auch wenn die Medien das gerne anders darstellen.

Mich persönlich haben zu dem Thema die Bücher von Peter Drucker sehr beeindruckt, nur zu empfehlen.
