SonyEriccson T630 firmware, anyone?

Ein Freund hat ein neues SonyEricsson T630, das von T-Mobile verschandelt wurde. Nun suchen wir jemanden, der diesem Telefon wieder die Originalsoftware verpasst. Sachdienliche Hinweise bitte per Mail oder als Kommentar.

Man suche einen Sony Ericsson Service Point auf und frage nach neuer Firmware. Dann sind alle Brandings weg und das Handy ist Monopol-frei.
Well, you gotta have a lot of trust to just walk into a service point and ask for a firmware upgrade. Not all service points do that any way... at least not to my experience.
service points will indeed flash your phone to the latest firmware revision if your phone is in warranty - but this will _not_ remove any of the branding. to remove the branding you must either let someone with the needed equipment debrand it for you of you do it yourself. either way costs around 30EUR.
