Lotusphere 2005

by Volker Weber

A number of people have asked me whether I will attend Lotusphere '05. The standard answer is "don't know". This is a somewhat complicated matter that I don't want to explain in detail. It is usually not decided before mid-December. As you can see in the picture above, that has not hurt me so far. :-)

As it stands, the answer is "don't know". And as of the information I received today, it looks like "don't know yet why I would not".

That's an impressive list/picture. IBM/Lotus should count you as inventory at Lotusphere! 2004 was the 12th (in Orlando, I assume), on your picture I count 15, which makes me assume you've been to all 12 plus e.g. the one in Berlin. Truely an inventory...

Looking forward to seeing you in Orlando 2005 as well!

A little Googling reveals, '98, '99 and 2000 had Lotusphere Europe events. One I remember in Berlin... I guess you saw 'em all.

Unfortunatly, it seems this will be the first time since seven years I will not attend Lotusphere. I will miss you guys.

...diesmal muss man ja schließlich seine Fingerabdrücke bei
"double U" abgeben, damit man an der Lotosphere teilnehmen darf! Significant, oder!
