Die beiden Männer verhandelten und einigten sich schließlich auf einen Kaufpreis von 300,-- EUR. ... Als der 24-Jährige kurz darauf die Tasche öffnete, fand er zwei Flaschen mit Wasser und Zeitungspapier.

We were used to get this sort of stories about cities like Napoli (southern Italy) or around the mediterranean.
But now it happens also in Hagen.
