IBM is offering a residency for this redpaper in September:
By participating in this residency you'll gain hands-on, practical experience with the new Lotus Notes Access for SAP feature . You will be able to interact with other highly skilled participants and members of the Lotus product management and development teams --- and become a published author.
I see some consultant opportunity in this space, so you should apply if you are not too busy in September.
Update: If you have skills in Websphere, you may also find this residency interesting.
