Yeah, that's quite a catchy slogan. Maybe it can be part of a new ad campaign:
"I AM... achieving operational efficiency through SOA"
No that wouldn't be IBM. It has to be a TLA (eventually 4):
I AM ... OES
I AM ... AOES
I AM ... AOETS
or what about eSOA?
The problem with SOA is, that it is 100% unsexy. You look at it, decide that it makes sense and you will (or will not) implement it. Then you move on to look at your business headaches.
Focusing on SOA is kind like focusing on the available airlines when deciding a holiday destination. Of course we want a save and pleasant flight, however isn't the destination much more exiting.... unless you are a middleware company, ehhr. airline.
