Too bad it had to come to an end, it was a great service. I used it as a go to when some shops weren't able to get LiveMeeting up and running.
Well, it was a time-bombed trial all along, so I was prepared that it would go away. What I find unacceptable is that it does not give any advance warning but only says "incorrect login" after it expires.
This is soo stupid - it should advise users of what has happened and direct them to a sales page
I also have a suspicion that even though you can request a password reminder none gets sent - so potential users / customers just get hacked off
Not good enough. There needs to be at least read access for a while, and potentially a "delete this place" option for the customer.
Well, it's a step up from the 'No documents found' message you would have gotten if this was 2007.
