Remember the difficulties I had when trying to get the excellent BH-905 to work with an iPhone? Child's play on the N8. Set the headset to discoverable. Go into Connections on the N8, add the headphone, trust the headphone connection. Done. It. Just. Works.
I have alluded to Symbian^3 not being ready. In reality, I have not stumbled once. OK, it helps that I have a long history with Nokia phones and know where I find stuff. And Symbian^3 requires way more taps on the screen than iOS. But this is definitely the first Nokia touch device that I would have no difficulty working with.
One more thing: Ovi Store is getting better. The N8 downloaded an update on first open. And this one has not had me screaming and kicking. And that is a big change.
