Can also only recommend it, using it daily since more than a year. Did not find a better one yet (Windows Phone).
When using the Win8 version, click (or tap) on the title (NextGen Reader) on the top left side. That brings up the "metro" (aka: modern) version. Then tap on a story and you'll see the entire blog item. Swipe the blog item right to left to navigate to the next blog item.
