Changes on Lotus Developer Domain

Mike Golding: The release has spurred many changes over at the Lotus Developer Domain. The "R6 Pre-Release Forum" has been closed and archived, there is a new "R6 Gold Forum" and the previous Gold forum has been renamed "Notes/Domino 4 and 5 Forum". Additionally a new forum has been introduced called the "Enterprise Integration Forum" which could prove a useful resource if we can rely on users to post in the correct place.
