Possible data corruption with Groove Forms Tool

There is a possibility of data corruption problems with version 1.0 of the Forms Tool. Support strongly recommends that users migrate their Form data and templates to version 2.0 of the Forms Tool.
You may be using a 1.0 version of the Forms Tool even if you are using Groove 2.1. To determine the version of your Forms tool, enter the Tool, open the Files menu, and choose Properties, Forms Tool. The Forms Properties dialog displays a Version number. If this number starts with a 0, you are using Forms V1. If the Version number starts with 2, you are using Forms V2.
