Samsung readies Matrix phone

I prefer waiting for the Sony-Ericsson P800. My Handspring Visor is dead for a few weeks now and I need a PDA combined with a phone.
Unfortunately Germany is late in being serviced by S-E: The P800 is sold in Sweden, Italy and the UK since the end of last year.
