Have a closer look. The passenger clearly is wearing a diaper (seen with a parent expert eye), so the liquid is the sweat of the carrier...
However the first look made me shiver too

Let me assure you that a diaper isn't 100 percent effective in holding back things you don't want to have on yout shirt or trousers. (Learned by experience)
