You can never be too thin, too rich, or have too many books

But if you can put the infamous Intel and designed-for-trash-bins stickers next to the screen, chances are the screen is too small. 10.4 inches in case of the new sleek Vaio. Plus, if you put the keyboard in the front of the unit, you can't work in an airline seat. Unless you are as thin as this machine. Too thin for an Ethernet jack BTW.

perhaps they should have integrated a cup-holder between the display an the keyboard :-)

Sometimes you need a tool to work and sometimes you need a nice little gadget to play with. I think the new Vaio isn't really ment for work - just a cute thing to look at. Nice comment btw. ;-)

I'm happy with my 12" PB ;-)

Since when has Sony produced *any* computer that's worthwhile? Sony Music had a shortlived policy where anyone needing a laptop inside the company got a Vaio. That lasted about 3 months, when all the execs realized they hated their new computers and started going back to Dells.

i would want such a thing. it's always nice to have some notebook with you - without having to carry that thing around all the time - since it weights you down.

this notebook seems to be considerable light. and it has some "wow" effect when you take it out on the desk.

wish it would have some ethernet conneciton onboard. also a touchpad would be neat thus moving the keyboard to the back. good against carpal tunnel syndrome.
