What makes you assume it's the italian team? I've seen the file with an anonymous file name and to me it doesn't look like italian jerseys...
And from the matches I've seen so far, the behavior would make me think it would be the Croatian team ;-)

The filename suggested it. But you are right. The Italian team does not have to practice the routine. :-)
