Need another tax break to pay for gas?

Funny thing is that there's not really a "supply" problem over here. We just have too many regulations (40 different blends of gasoline also cause the price to go up...). I have to use premium in my car, but it's worth it to have a supercharger. Heck, I even got 29+ mpg on a highway trip last weekend.
I digress - gas would also be cheaper over here if we were allowed to build more oil refineries and to dig in the barren wilderness that is ANWR.
