Domino startup script für Linux
by Volker Weber
If you are running Domino on Linux you want this. No idea, why IBM does not deliver it. You need to ask Daniel "pretty please" to get it. If I were him, I would just make it available for download.

IBM has a redbook ( Domino on Linux ) OK, it's an elder one but contains a script to Start / Stop a Domino server on Linux.
Here is my one http://www.atnotes.de/index.php?topic=9474.msg50505#msg50505
I've used this one for ND5,6 and now 7 with only minor changes:

Daniels script is more than just a Linux starter script. Besides Linux, it works on AIX and Solaris. Additonally you get a lot of useful options like different nsd settings and a monitoring option to provide server input AND output at the same time.
By the way, you can get the script withing seconds if you request it.
Volker,
Any news on the latest script you are using at the moment ?

John
please pop me an e-mail with the latest one you suggest, thanks in advance.
