Apple is calling back 1.8 million Sony batteries

Dell is not the only company that bought batteries from Sony. Now Apple is calling back 1.8 million batteries, which were built for iBooks and PowerBooks.

haha, na wer macht sich den Spaß und listet alle Marken, die Sony Akkus verbaut haben in dem besagten Zeitraum?

The expanding MacBook Pro batteries sound like a similar problem so I expect that Apple won't be the last vendor to issue a recal.

I guess Qantas will be adding Apple to the "no fly connected" list:

I would not be surprised given the level of stupidity we have to deal with these days.
