Go get it in the Download section on blackberry.com.
There are some minor restrictions, e.g. it does not sync contact pictures to the Pearl. I also found it does not handle exceptions to recurring entries (every monday, except 4th of July) well. But overall, I am quite pleased. Hey, it even comes with Notes support. :-)

leider gibt es immer noch keine PocketMac Version für Windows Mobile 5. Ich bin deshalb aus Missing Sync umgestiegen.

Are you having any problems syncing iCal Todos => Tasks? It seems to be reproducing all my events (from calendar) as tasks.
