Well I certainly recognize quite a lot of them,
( 2. 3. 4. 5. 10. 11. 13. 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. 20. )
but I definitely do not know the original context for most of them.
Only Google knows ;-)
Best regards, Martin

No Google searching, from memory:
1. Walter Cronkite

4. The Hulk? But I thought it was "You wouldn't like me when I'm angry"
5. Charlie Brown
6. The Waltons
7. Jon Stewart, The Daily Show
8. ?
9. Nixon
10. Some soap opera star in a US TV commercial
11. Old Timex watch ad
12. Steve Jobs or the Columbo show with Peter Falk

17. X-Files
18. Old Wendy's TV ad. The old woman who said it was Clara Peller (?)
19. Kojak

How'd I do?
Bob, you did excellent. 8 is Hannibal from the A-Team. Here is the full list.
@Bob, the full quote for #4 is "Don't make me angry.... you won't like me when I'm angry" So both parts are right.
My mother has used that quote on me for decades.
For those interested in long-term catchphrase-history, try this. My first personal memory is something like "It's the real thing".
I won't tell you my first, Hajo, it's emberassing ...
#8 A-Team
D'oh! Hätte ich mal Volkers Antwort gelesen. ;-)
